Senior Mechanical Designer (Non-Standard Mechanical Design)

Job Requirements
1. More than 5 years of experience in non-standard factory equipment/tooling and automation equipment;
2. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design, male only;
3. Proficient in computer applications and CAD, Solidworks and other drawing software;
4. Strong sense of innovation and teamwork spirit.

Compensation Level
● Basic Salary: The salary we offer employees is competitive in the industry, and we will adjust salaries once a year based on the company's business development and employee's Achievements. The adjustment will not be less than 10%. Of course, outstanding employees are not subject to this limitation;
● Year-end Bonus: At the end of each year, we will issue year-end bonuses based on the company's annual performance and each employee's individual Achievements;
● Special Awards: In addition to the above, we also offer other awards, such as new product R&D and invention patent awards.
